Booking | Cancellation Policy

Please double-check your availability before booking.

  • Cancellations by us: If AB11 Creative Workshops needs to cancel a session, you’ll be offered a new date or full refund.

  • Cancellations by you (14+ days before): Refunds are available minus a £25 admin fee.

  • Cancellations within 14 days: Fees are non-refundable. A reschedule may be offered in some cases.

  • Illness or personal reasons: Refunds or credits aren't guaranteed but may be considered in exceptional circumstances—please contact us by email.
